S. F. Williamson

S.F. Williamson is an author of fantasy novels for young adults. She is trilingual, grew up between the UK and France and is fascinated by the way languages are born. Her debut novel, A Language of Dragons, was inspired by her work as a literary translator and is a #1 Sunday Times and New York Times Bestseller.

She read French and Italian at the University of Bath before graduating with a distinction from Bath Spa’s prestigious MA Writing for Young People programme. She lives in France with her husband and son.
